Sure, out customers are what keep our business going and growing, but without engaged employees who love doing what they do and who they do it for, it's going to be hard to keep our customers happy. We'll be discussing how to best use digital media for employee engagement and event promotions internally as well as to engage your customers with those employees and likewise.
I’ll cover some best practices for using video, social media, and even SMS internally; plus, how to stretch your budget to the fullest (or work with very little budget at all). We'll also discuss how to incorporate traditional means into your communication strategy (ie: posters, email, etc) and most importantly, how to get those who are still quite scared of this new fangled "passing fad" of digital and social media on board.
